10 Ways to Take Action

There are more than 10 ways to take action in your life. It is up to you when you take these 10 and change up your top 10! These are in no particular order; here are the BIG 4 ... eat, sleep, drink, and move. Now, image that you know what you want like a two-year-old does. What would your next 6 actions be?

Really!?! Yes, image that you are the excited and hopeful two-year-old. Where are you at now and where do you want to be?

As your coach and mentor, I give you permission to cry, stomp your feet, and scream that you are not where you thought you would be.

Now, with that same energy ... grab a pen and paper, crayons, tape, scissors and anything else that will help you to explain your feelings of what you want, how you will get that, along with the where this will happen, when this action will take place, and why you want this to happen. Yes, you have a WHY...so include that too!
